Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By engaging Gambit for any service, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms govern the working relationship between Gambit and all clients.
2. Services & Scope
All services are scoped and agreed upon in writing (via proposal or contract) before work begins. Any scope changes must be agreed in writing and may affect timeline and pricing.
3. Payment Terms
Standard terms: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon final delivery. Project-specific payment schedules may vary and will be outlined in your proposal.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, all deliverables become your intellectual property. Gambit retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
All service packages include a defined number of revision rounds (specified per project). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gambit’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
